Chilled tea may be added to either lemonade or limeade—about 1/3 cup for every cup of juice—for an invigorating lift. Add more or less sugar depending on the tartness of the lemon juice and your tastes.

VARIATIONS:
Old-Fashioned Limeade
In summer, when limes are less expensive than lemons—a bargain, in fact—we find new ways to use them in place of lemons in recipes such as this refreshing beverage.

Substitute the juice of 4 limes for that of the lemons.
