Use these easy icing recipe to decorate Sugar Cookies, Sugar and Spice Cookies or any other cookie your heart desires.
Cover icings with damp cloth or plastic wrap to prevent drying out. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Divide and tint with paste or liquid food coloring, if you like.

Ingredients :
· 2 tbsp. meringue powder
· 1/4 cup water
· 2-1/3 cups icing sugar

Cooking Procedures :
1. In a bowl and using electric mixer, beat 2 tbsp. meringue powder with 1/4 cup water. Slowly beat in 2-1/3 cups icing sugar until stiff for about 4 minutes.
