Beef Tapa
Ingredients :
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. peppercorn, crushed
- 1 tbsp. patis (fish sauce)
- oil, for frying
Cooking Procedures :
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
- Marinate beef for at least 3 hours.
- Stir-fry in a small amount of oil.
- Makes 4 servings.
