Apple Cake

Ingredients : 5 apples 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 cup raisins 3/4 cup butter 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. all spice 3/4 cup nuts Cooking Procedures : Chop apples (peeled and cored) into cubes. Add half of sugar and set aside. In a mixer, beat eggs and half of sugar until fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients. Fold apples. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes.
