Beef Ribs

A favourite satisfying ribs recipe. Double the sauce if you want extra for dipping.  The ribs are cut from rib roasts and are sold in a rack or already cut into individual ribs.  If you buy individual ribs, reduce the cooking time by 5 minutes. These are the best lamb shanks ever!  They are slow cooked and end up richly glazed with sauce.
