Beef Ribs

A favourite satisfying ribs recipe. Double the sauce if you want extra for dipping.  The ribs are cut from rib roasts and are sold in a rack or already cut into individual ribs.  If you buy individual ribs, reduce the cooking time by 5 minutes. Ingredients : 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. chopped garlic 2 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. dried thyme 4 racks beef ribs salt Cooking Procedures : Combine mustard, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic, paprika and thyme.  Brush over ribs.  Marinate for […] Read more »
