This all-purpose dipping sauce is good for grilled or fried meats, fish or seafood. It can be prepared ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Ingredients : 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice 2 tbsp. rice vinegar 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. red hot pepper flakes 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. minced garlic 1/2 tsp. sesame oil Cooking Procedures : Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
