Homemade Barbecue Rub

Make this recipe in quantity and keep it on hand to flavour any grilled steak.  Rub it over the meat before grilling. Ingredients : 1 tbsp. paprika 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. dried thyme 1 tsp. kosher salt 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper Cooking Procedures : Combine paprika, chili powder, mustard, dried thyme, salt and pepper.  Transfer to an airtight container. Macaroni with Tomato and Cheese

Ingredients : 2 cup macaroni pasta 1/2 lb. low-fat Cheddar cheese, preferably old 1 can (540 mL) tomatoes, chopped 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp.
