Asparagus Gratin

Ingredients : 2 lb. fresh asparagus 5 tbsp. butter 3 eggs, beaten 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. heavy cream pinch of nutmeg Cooking Procedures : Prepare a grease baking dish. Set aside. Cut the asparagus into an inch diagonal pieces, discard the tough brown tips. Cook in boiling salted water to cover for 5 minutes or until tender, but firm. Drain and set aside.
