Ingredients : 1/2 lb. beef (or pork), cut into thinly strips 3 tbsp. cornstarch 3 tbsp. butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 cup water 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips spring onions, for garnishing Cooking Procedures : Coat meat strips with cornstarch.
