Ingredients : 1 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces 1/3 cup white vinegar 2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. crushed garlic 2 bay leaf salt to taste 1/4 tsp. pepper (or 1 tsp. peppercorn) water 2 tbsp oil Cooking Procedures : In a deep skillet, brown chicken in oil. Ingredients : 2 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces 1/4 cup vinegar 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 onion, sliced 1 tomatoes, sliced 1/2 tbsp. paprika 1 bay leaf 1 cup water vegetable oil Cooking Procedures : Combine chicken, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
