Ingredients : 1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. sugar 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tbsp. peppercorn, crushed 1 tbsp. patis (fish sauce) oil, for frying Cooking Procedures : In a bowl, combine all ingredients except oil. Lumpiang Sariwa Egg Wrappers

Ingredients : 2 large eggs 1 cup cornstarch 1-1/4 cup water 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. oil Cooking Procedures : Separate yolks from whites.  Beat egg whites until frothy.  Add yolks and beat just to blend.  Dilute cornstarch with water. Add cornstarch solution, salt and oil to eggs.  Mix well.  Let stand for 5-10 minutes to settle bubbles.
