Beef Ribs

A favourite satisfying ribs recipe. Double the sauce if you want extra for dipping.  The ribs are cut from rib roasts and are sold in a rack or already cut into individual ribs.  If you buy individual ribs, reduce the cooking time by 5 minutes. Homemade Barbecue Rub

Make this recipe in quantity and keep it on hand to flavour any grilled steak.  Rub it over the meat before grilling. Ingredients : 1 tbsp. paprika 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. dried thyme 1 tsp. kosher salt 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper Cooking Procedures : Combine paprika, chili powder, mustard, dried thyme, salt and pepper.  Transfer to an airtight container.
