Ingredients : 1-1/2 cups glutinous rice flour 3/4 cup water 1 pandan leaf (or 1 tsp. pandan extract) 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 cups coconut milk 1 tbsp. ripe jackfruit, cut in strips Cooking Procedures : Add water to glutinous rice flour, little by little while stirring with fork. Bibingkang Galapong (Sticky Rice Flour Cake)

Ingredients : 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 cups sugar 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1 can coconut milk 2-1/2 cups milk 1 can evaporated milk 1 box Mochiko sweet rice flour 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 cup ripe jackfruit, cut into strips 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs Cooking Procedures : Preheat oven to 250°F.
