Shrimp and Lobster Spread

Ingredients : 1 lb. cooked shrimps 2 cups cooked lobster 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup chopped pimientos 1/4 cup chopped black olives 1 tbsp. white wine salt and pepper 1/4 cup chopped parsley Cooking Procedures : Blend seafood in a mixing bowl with a fork until finely textured. Ingredients : 4 oz. light cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup light sour cream (or plain yogurt) 2 tbsp. prepared chili sauce 1 tsp. prepared horseradish hot pepper sauce, to taste 1 can (113 g) small shrimp, rinsed and drained 1 tbsp. minced green onion tops (or chives) Cooking Procedures : In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Binagoongang Baboy (Pork in Salted Shrimp Paste)

Pork Binagoongan

Ingredients : 2 tbsp. oil 1 lb. pork, cubed 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion, chopped 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped 3 tbsp. bagoong alamang (salted shrimp paste) 2 tbsp. calamansi concentrate 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. butter Cooking Procedures : Pan fry pork cubes in hot oil until light brown. Set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes for a few minutes until soft and wilted. Add bagoong alamang, calamansi, sugar and butter.
