Ingredients : 1 beaten egg 1 10 1/2-ounce can condense French Onion Soup 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 2 pounds ground beef 1 cup salsa-style catsup or regular ketchup 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce 1 cup water 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup vinegar 2 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca Cooking Procedures : In a large bowl, combine egg, soup, stuffing mix, and salt.  Add ground beef; mix well.  Shape into 1-inch meatballs.  Place meatballs in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
