- 1 lb. large shrimps/prawns
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
Cooking Procedures :
- Prepare shrimps; peel, deveined and tail intact. Wash and pat dry.
- In a wok (or wide skillet), heat oil. Sauté shrimps until halfway done (or color just turns to pink).
- Add oyster sauce and chili garlic sauce. Drizzle with sesame oil.
- Continue to stir-fry until shrimps are fully cooked.
- Serves 4.
