Chili Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb. large shrimps/prawns
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
(Kitchen Measuring)

Cooking Procedures :

  1. Prepare shrimps; peel, deveined and tail intact. Wash and pat dry.
  2. In a wok (or wide skillet), heat oil. Sauté shrimps until halfway done (or color just turns to pink).
  3. Add oyster sauce and chili garlic sauce. Drizzle with sesame oil.
  4. Continue to stir-fry until shrimps are fully cooked.
  5. Serves 4.
