Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients :

· 1 can (6 oz.) evaporated milk
· 1-2/3 cups sugar
· 1/2 tsp. salt
· 2 cups miniature marshmallows
· 12 oz. (1-1/2 cups) semisweet chocolate pieces
· 1 tsp. vanilla
· 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Cooking Procedures :

1. Butter a 9 inch square pan. Set aside.

2. In a saucepan, stir in evaporated milk, sugar and salt. Cook over low heat until mixture boils. Let it simmer for 3 minutes stirring constantly.

3. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and chocolate pieces until melted.

4. Stir in vanilla and nuts and then blend together. Pour into prepared pan.

5. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
