Ingredients : 12 clams 1 tbsp. soy sauce (light or dark) 1 tsp. dry sherry 1 tsp. sugar salt to taste 1 lime, sliced thinly Cooking Procedures : Wash clams and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from broth and strain broth through cheesecloth. Add soy sauce, salt, sugar and sherry. Return to a boil. Stir to blend. Remove from heat. Place 3 clams in each small serving bowl.
