Thai cuisine is delicious, very quick and easy to prepare plus they are extremely healthy. The reason of this its because of the method of cooking which is based almost exclusively on rapid stir-frying or steaming techniques which help to retain the nutritional value of the ingredients. Vegetables are commonly used, then meat and fish are added more sparingly. While rice and noodles come in for carbohydrates that our body also needs.
