• 1 cup cool water

Icing

• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
• 2 to 3 tbsp. water
• 1-1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
