Cream Sauce

Ingredients :

· 2 tbsp. butter
· 2 tbsp. flour
· 1 cup scalded cream
· 1 tsp. chopped green onion (scallion) or onion
· 1/4 tsp. salt
· 1/8 tsp. white pepper
· 1 tsp. chopped parsley

(Cooking Measurements)

Cooking Procedures :

1. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add in flour and stir until thoroughly blended.

2. Add cream, scallions, salt, pepper and parsley. Stir over low heat until the sauce is very thick.
