Shrimp and Lobster Spread

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb. cooked shrimps
  • 2 cups cooked lobster
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimientos
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 tbsp. white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Cooking Procedures :

  1. Blend seafood in a mixing bowl with a fork until finely textured.
  2. Stir in the mayonnaise and add the other ingredients, except the parsley.  Thoroughly blend the mixture.
  3. Spread on crusty bread or crackers and sprinkle with parsley.
