Chicken Adobo in Coconut Milk

Ingredients :

  • chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • garlic
  • pepper
  • salt
  • ginger
  • vinegar
  • bay leaf
  • soy sauce
  • coconut milk
(Kitchen Measurements)

Cooking Procedures :

  1. Cook the chicken together with the rest of the ingredients except the soy sauce and the coconut milk.
  2. When the chicken is almost done, add soy sauce.
  3. Add coconut milk and continue cooking until just before the oil is extracted.
