Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients :

  • 5 cups cold cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. salt (or to taste)

Cooking Procedures :

  1. Heat oil in a wok (or large skillet) over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant and golden brown.
  2. Add rice; stir-fry until rice is hot, about 3 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
  3. Cook; stirring until well blended and heated through, about 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
  4. Serve 6.
