Baby Prawns Adobo

Serves 4
Ingredients:
| ½ kilo | baby prawns, head and tail trimmed |
| ½ cup | onions, chopped |
| 2 tsp | garlic, crushed |
| 2 tbsp | oil |
| 1/8 cup | cane vinegar |
| 2 Tbsp | water |
| 3 pcs | laurel leaves |
| 2 Tbsp | soy sauce |
| ½ tsp | pepper |
| 1 Tbsp | LEA and PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | HP Sauce |
| chopped spring onions for garnish | |
Procedures:
| 1. | Saute onions and garlic in oil. |
| 2. | Add vinegar, water, laurel leaves, soy sauce and pepper. |
| 3. | Add prawns in the mixture. |
| 4. | Season with LEA and PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce and HP Sauce. |
| 5. | Top with spring onions. Serve while hot with freshly cooked plain rice. |
