Ginger Sauce

Ingredients :

  • 3 slices fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce (light or dark)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Cooking Procedures :

  1. If fresh ginger is not available you can substitute it with 1 tsp. ground ginger.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender.  Blend thoroughly.
  3. Remove and serve in individual bowls.
  4. Serve as dipping to any dish.
