Ingredients :
- 3 slices fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2/3 cup soy sauce (light or dark)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Cooking Procedures :
- If fresh ginger is not available you can substitute it with 1 tsp. ground ginger.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend thoroughly.
- Remove and serve in individual bowls.
- Serve as dipping to any dish.
