Ingredients :
- 4 large Yukon Gold or baking potatoes
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- salt, to taste
Cooking Procedures :
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet.
- Scrub the potatoes. Cut potatoes in half and cut each half into three wedges. Toss with chili powder, olive oil and salt.
- Spread on a prepared sheet and bake for about 25 minutes. Turn and bake for another 10 minutes longer, or until browned and tender.
- Makes 4 servings.
