Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients :

  • 2 pork chops
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. calamansi juice (or 2 tsp. lemon juice)
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
(Cooking Measurements)

Cooking Procedures :

  1. Marinate pork chops in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, calamansi juice (or lemon juice) and crushed garlic for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Grill over hot coals (or gas grill), about 2 to 4 minutes per side. (Adjust cooking time depending on the size of the pork.)
  3. Serves 2.
