- 2 pork chops
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. calamansi juice (or 2 tsp. lemon juice)
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
Cooking Procedures :
- Marinate pork chops in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, calamansi juice (or lemon juice) and crushed garlic for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
