Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients :

· 2 tbsp. butter
· 2 tbsp. flour
· 1 cup warm milk
· 1/4 tsp. salt
· 1/8 tsp. pepper

Cooking Procedures :

1. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add in flour and stir until very light brown and well blended.

2. Add the warm milk and stir until sauce is thick. Season with salt and pepper.
