Make this recipe in quantity and keep it on hand to flavour any grilled steak. Rub it over the meat before grilling.
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Cooking Procedures :
- Combine paprika, chili powder, mustard, dried thyme, salt and pepper. Transfer to an airtight container.
- Keeps in a cupboard for about 6 months.
- Makes about 1/4 cup.
