- 8 oz. (250 g) lean italian sausage
 - 8 oz. (250 g) lean ground beef

 - 2 tbsp. (25 mL) chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
 - 1 tbsp. (15 mL) lime juice
 - 1 bag (345 g) tortilla chips

Cooking Procedures :
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet; set aside.

 - Add jalapeño peppers, tomato, green onions (leave some for garnishing), coriander and lime juice; stir to combine.
 - On prepared baking sheet, arrange tortilla chips in single layer. Sprinkle with sausage mixture and cheese. Add another layer of tortilla chips, sausage mixture and cheese.
 - Bake in oven until cheese is melted, about 6 minutes.
 - Remove from the oven then garnish with green onions.
 - Serves 10.
