This sauce is perfect for seafood. It keeps in the refrigerator for a week in an airtight container.
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tbsp. tomato ketchup (or banana ketchup)
- 1 green chili pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tbsp. sugar
Cooking Procedures :
- Combine all ingredients in a small bow; mix thoroughly and serve.
- Makes about 1/3 cup.
