Tomato Salsa

Ingredients :

  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. (15 mL) minced jalapeño pepper
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh coriander/cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. (15 mL) lime juice (or wine vinegar)
  • 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) each salt and pepper
(Kitchen Measuring)

Cooking Procedures :

  1. In a bowl, place tomatoes, green onion, jalapeño pepper, coriander, oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and serve.
